I created a short presentation using storyline which I uploaded to Canvas. The first time I opened the presentation in Canvas, it didnt have any sound and two buttons I created using pictures didnt work. I have to say that if I open the presentation from my computer everything works perfectly! no buttons or audio issue.
I deleted the presentation from Canvas and uploaded a new version, but now when I click the play button, the presentation doesnt even play.
I'm afraid I haven't used Canvas for published content, so I'm not sure if it would be an issue with that. Can you share your .story file here so I can take a look? Just use the little paperclip icon to attach it to your response.
