Some simple button triggers are not working in my Storyline project on an iPad, with or without using the Mobile Player, (Submit and Continue buttons). And it is also freezing at Numeric Entry slides that I'm using to feed variables to the LMS. (These slides are supposed to be invisible.) The quiz works fine on a computer and the SCORM data goes to Blackboard. Any idea why it won't work on an iPad ? and ideas what to do?
I tested your content in Articulate Online using iOS 9.0.1 and the latest version of the Articulate Mobile Player and was unable to duplicate your issue. Can you duplicate using the link here? What iOS version are you running? Are you testing the content in Blackboard? You may want to submit a case to us so we can dig a little deeper. I would send us your file and, if possible, invite us to view the content in Blackboard so that we can see if we can reproduce the issue.
Thx for testing my project - glad to know that the project itself is not the problem. It seems to work fine using Articulate Online. I did submit a case 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. How long does it usually take ? Am I supposed to get an email?
Unfortunately I am not seeing a case about this particular issue. When you submitted a case did you receive an email verification letting you know that we received it? If not, I would try submitting the case again. If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, you might want to try submitting the case through a browser like Firefox Or Google Chrome. If you don't receive an email verifying your case was received, try sending us an email directly to support@articulate.com.
