Help!! I've inserted a button, added a trigger asking it to jump to another slide when user clicks, but when I click the button nothing happens! What am I doing wrong???? I need help quickly please!
Does it happen when you preview your project, or in your published version? If it is in preview; are you previewing all the slides/scenes (not only the one with the button on it)?
I haven't published the project yet. I've tried the button previewing just one slide and previewing the entire scene. It didn't work in either case. I did put the slide I'm jumping to in a separate scene. I've tried both "jump to slide" and "jump to scene" and still have no luck. In the storyline view, I can see the blue arrows indicating the links so I'm pretty sure my logic is correct but I can't get the button to produce any results.
You have to preview the entire project. If the slide you are jumping to is on a different scene, it will not work unless you preview the whole project:-)

You have to preview the entire project. If the slide you are jumping to is on a different scene, it will not work unless you preview the whole project:-)
