My project moves the buttons on a large question slide with multiple answers, it also often rearranges the answers. I'm wondering if maybe I damaged the file since the publishing process makes a new issue every time and republishing can sometimes solve one or more.
I assume that you are referring to your Question 2 slide?
I don't see the buttons moving, but the slide is in fact re-arranging the answers. Sometimes when the answers are re-arranged, the text shows under the buttons. This is cause by 2 things.
Your answers for this slide are set to shuffle. You can stop this by selecting the Question tools Design tab, and changing Shuffle from Answers to None.
Your buttons are in the box area that is designated for the answers to display. You can prevent the answers from appearing under the buttons by changing the setting is step 1, or changing the size of the answer box, or repositioning the buttons so they don't overlap the answer box.
