I have a storyline file that I upgrade from 1 to 2. My navigation buttons are custom, which I want to keep. The hotspot area for each button is only the edge of the button. Any idea why?
Are you able to share a copy of the original Storyline 1 file here with us? Also, you'll want to confirm that you're working on local project files as described here. Do you open the file directly into Storyline 2 or have you tried importing it into Storyline 2 following the steps here?
Attached is a version 1 file (The content is different. However it is the same file.) When upgraded from a local drive the buttons lose their functionality. I also tired importing this file into a blank storyline 2 file with the same results.
Thanks for sharing the SL1 file. I see the same thing when upgrading your file, but can't replicate it on a brand new SL1 with my own custom buttons. It looks like in your upgraded file I'm able to insert a new button and that one works as expected. I tried copying your buttons within the file, and the same behavior persists - so it seems to be associated with the button you've inserted. Is it an image file you had from somewhere else? Was it located on a local drive when you insert it?
