Hello. Our users are experiencing a buzzing sound with all of our courses that were developed in Storyline. It only occurs on the ipad (no issues on laptops) and only when using earbuds. I would have thought it was just a bad pair of ear buds but it happens with all users on all ipads in a variety of environmental scenarios. I don't have any idea where to even check the files for a fix. Any ideas where to start?
The buzz is mostly generated outside of SL. The bit rate of the MP3 audio could be overpowering things, or the low level decoder software is overdriven. Save the audio track as an .mp3 and try playing this mp3 out side of SL.
