C-Panel

Jan 16, 2016

I have a weebley site and I use c-panel to get to it.  I have all of my story line files ready to be loaded on my web page but I cannot figure out how to do it.  Weebley will take a flash file and also html added to it but  I am lost because I'm not too swift in this.  I also have loaded files into ftp but cant figure it out form there either.

Hi Kerry,

first, let's upload your files somewhere (your server using cpanel or articulate tempshare).

Then, in weebly, add a html code widget to your page.

Insert the code below replacing it by the url to your story.html file. Also, change the size to your needs. Hope it helps you.

<iframe src="http://s3.amazonaws.com/tempshare-stage.storyline.articulate.com/stp1a95r06b0rdui211s0v1epincb4/story.html" width="980" height="658"></iframe>

it worked but I just switched to drop box.  How do I get a file to link in drop box to look and act like the articulate site did.  It was so easy that way but drop box links are not working for some reason.  I am using drop bob basic not pro.  this is what it says in weebley in the embedded code.To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame.

What you can try:

Open this content in a new window

I am using drop box for the linked area.

Tempshare works great I just tried it , embedded every time.  I don't understand do I need to just link the story.html in the folder or the whole zip file.  Will drop box allow it to run with all the files associated just by linking the story file.  I'm not too swift in this as you can see.  Learning a little every day.

Hi, Kerry -- Thanks for reaching out with your question and I see Philippe is helping you out here, but I wanted to stop in to share this information on Publishing and Sharing SL2 Content in case it can shed a little more light on what you are hoping to accomplish. Here also is our document on Publishing for Web -- hope that comes in handy and please let us know if you need more help! :)
