Call Center ELearning audio options?

Hi all,

We would like to start incorporating video/audio into our E-Learning modules.  Currently, our contact center agents do not have headphones at their workstations.  Our quality assurance software (NiCE) is able to playback agent calls by sending it through their local phone extensions. 

Does Storyline have a way to send out audio in an alternate way like this?  It is not feasible for us to provide headphones or have audio playing aloud at the workstations....so utilizing the phone headset truly is our only option.

Just wondering if Articulate has any capabilities for this or if anyone who has been in a similar situation has devised a workaround.  Any comments or discussion will be greatly appreciated!
