Call external html file in the same browser window

I'm seeing the same problem as Wael regarding opening a web object file in the same player window. When the link is clicked, it opens a new browser tab. You are just inserting html links and not a webobject. Try the zip file attached.

I tried to replicate what you did but only got the white screen.

1- My index.html and the webobject is in the same folder.
D:\Documents\Webobjects\Index.html (the index.html is a blank file)
D:\Documents\Webobjects\target.html

2- I inserted the webobject and pointed to the D:\Documents\Webobjects folder.
Published and got a white screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Create a folder on your desktop
Move your .html and rename it to index.html
In the WebObject dialog box, direct it to the folder, not the index file
Publish it to web to see it in action, won't work from within SL

Do this for every html you might have. Keep them in separate folders for good measure.

I see where my mistake is. I needed to rename my html document to index.html.
