Hi Doreen! Are you viewing the published content in it's intended environment. Sounds like you are viewing locally, but we would advise viewing the content as your learner would.
Thanks. I'll check that for issue 1. Issue #2, still prevails. When I view the video in SL2 as a web object the output is poor quality. If I view the camtasia video outside of SL2 the output is good quality.
Thanks everyone. It seems output to a local drive causes the issue. Is there anyway to use the Camtasia player without adding the video as a web object
I don't know of a way to utilize the Camtasia player in Storyline so I'll defer to the community on that. If you're embedding as a web object though, you'll always want to test the published output in the intended environment vs. from your local drive.
