I'm hoping someone on here can help me, I've created a storyline template in 360 and now I've found on that a colleague that needs to use it, is using Storyline 2. Does anyone know if I send my template to him, will he be able to open it and use it in storyline 2? or if there is a way I can save my template so it can be opened in storyline 2.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to take a Storyline 360 template and downgrade it to Storyline 2. It could be opened in Storyline 3 based on the compatibility elements here.
