Can a question slide return the number of correct answers on that slide's results?

Jul 10, 2019

I've got 20 True/False tick boxes on a slide, with 13 of the tick boxes needing to be ticked to make the answer correct. Obviously this leaves a lot of opportunity for people to get even one or two wrong and not be able to progress to the next question.

Is there a way in the Correct/Incorrect/Try Again boxes that flash up on Submit to say "You got X of the 20 questions correct. We are looking for 13 correct answers"?

Hi Mark ,

If you are using Multiple response type of graded question, it can only show whether all the choices you selected will result to either Correct or incorrect answer. Unless you make it individual true or false questions so each answers can be counted. I also suggest to contact support to see if there's an enhancement request to add this feature.

Hi Mark! I believe Philam was suggesting breaking this into 20 individual true/false slides.

Working with your original idea: Do you know if you'd like to give away which statements they got incorrect? You could change the state of those tick boxes to show that they're incorrect when the timeline of the Try Again layer starts. If it's only true or false, it will be pretty apparent how to answer it correctly on a retry. 😃But that would be the easiest way to clue learners in to what they need to fix.
