Huh. I'm afraid I don't know whether those colors can be controlled. I tried fiddling with the color scheme in Player Properties as well, but no luck.
If it turns out this level of control is simply impossible for dropdown type quiz questions, I guess the alternatives are 1) tolerate the yellow and blue, 2) use drag and drop instead, or 3) if the client doesn't care about time or expense, duplicate the dropdown functionality with triggers and hidden button groups.

Hi! I have thought of that and i have changed all the colors on the theme.
This are my new theme colors, and those colors havenĀ“t change.
Also in this activity i do not have any states. :S
This is a drop-down activity.

You definitely cannot change the control colours e.g. the drop down button.
I would have thought it would have been the Control colours for the selected state, but looks like this is not changeable
