Can I disable a Button Set once one button is selected?

I am working on a Storyline 360 project with a that requires a variable for the score of a survey in order to give feedback to the learner. I have multiple survey questions on one slide. At first  I discovered that if a learner selected more than one button per set (ie changed their mind) the score ended up too high because each click was added to the score. I got it to work so that the score added correctly by disabling the buttons once one in the set was selected, but it is very labor intensive.  Each button on the slide now has 6 or 7 triggers. Is there an easier way to disable a button set once one button of the set is selected?

(I also added another variable so that next button can be clicked only after all questions are answered.) Slide file attached.
