Can I install/update software without an active Articulate 360 license?

I'm an instructional tech who doesn't use Articulate, but I do support staff who use Articulate. We're adding more seats right now, and because everyone is working remote, it's going to be a pain to get them installed. 

To install Articulate 360 desktop app right now, we need admin rights. Then, the person doing the install needs to sign in to Articulate to even have the ability to install the software, which means that my support team will need to have access to an active license, though they don't use the software. Then, we need to elevate to admin rights again to start installing the software. 

Is there any way that we can get a streamlined installer so I can install or update the 360 desktop application and all of the software at once and without logging in to Articulate? The end users can't install it themselves since they don't have those rights.
