Can i mark or highlight on the anwer on multiple choices slide, if i dont want to submit the answer yet? And go back to review that answer again before i submit.
You could allow the user to select an answer, and if you don't use the submit button, the user can go back to revisit questions they've already answered or ones they skipped over using the method here. You'll want to make sure the slide properties are set for "resume saved state" so that the answer remains even if navigating back and forth. This will allow you to submit all questions at once, and as such if they don't answer a question that will be counted as incorrect for their score.
