Can I review the result AND jump to a slide at the same time?

Hello there!
I have a question about the trigger on the result slide. As you can see in the attached file, I made three boxes to indicate if the answer for each question was correct (show green) or not (show red). I want the users to be able to click on the box and review a certain question. I added two triggers to each of the three boxes:
1. Review the result;
2. Jump to a certain slide;
But these two actions are actually exclusive to each other. If I give priority to 'Jump to a slide' then I will be back to the slide with out seeing the review layer; if I give priority to 'review the result' then whichever box I click, it will start reviewing the result from Q1.
Could somebody help me with this issue?

Hi,
I have updated your Story file. Please check if this is what you want.
Hi Daniel,
Many thanks for your prompt reply!
However, this is not what I want. I want the learners to answer all three questions, reach the result page (see pic 1), and be able to click one of the three boxes (green or red), and each box will lead them back to one question in 'review mode' (in this case, I want them to be able to click the red box under Q2 and show as pic 2).
Could somebody help me with this?
Hi,
I have updated the Story file. Please check.
Hi Daniel,
It is what I want! Many thanks!
The only issue is that if I answer the Q2 or Q3 correctly, then clicking the green box on the result page will lead to reviewing Q1 again. If I answer them incorrectly it works well.
I will work further with your design and see if I can figure this out. Thanks for your inspiration:)
