I always update to the latest Storyline versions but my customer has not. She wants to make some edits to the .story file I sent her. Does she have to upgrade? I don't see an option to "Save As" in an older version.
Hi, Glenn -- Michael is absolutely correct! Per this statement, Articulate Storyline 1 content can be upgraded to Articulate Storyline 2. However, Storyline 2 content can't be opened or edited with Storyline 1.

There is no option to downsave, e.g. saving a Stoyline 2 project as Storyline1.
Thought so - early research said "no" as well. Thanks. I'll have to tell my customer to catch up with the times... Thanks again!

Then can revised slides/content be copied from 2 into 1?
Hi, Glenn -- Unfortunately, as it states above, content is only compatible from SL1 to SL2, but cannot go from SL2 back into an SL1 project.
