Were you able to replicate the error with Sahil's file? I am still having problems exporting for translation. I am working locally, Windows 8.1, Storyline update 5, Microsoft 2010.
Do you think it's a Windows issue? Desperate for an answer.
This issue is still not resolved. Neither Ryan nor Leslie could help. They accepted my complaint and they keep on delaying the response. Its been months and I don't think they are going to reply ever with a solution to this.
Hi Tex! Sahil's issue has been shared with our QA Team for further investigation. We have no update on this issue at this time.
Sahil, this is still an active issue with our QA Team and has affected more users and we are still gathering information from users and various team members for testing so that we can understand this issue.
Hi Articulate, I am experiencing the same problem - did you find a solution yet. I have a client who wants to translate a number of modules, and cannot create an export file on any of them, despite just downloading the latest version of Storyline 2. I'm using Windows 10 Home, 64-bit OS. Can you help?
Thanks for reaching out here. I know our team has continued to investigate this to find a case where we're able to reproduce it, and it seems that we're still investigating test cases. If you'd like to share a copy of your .story file and additional information with our team, please share your files here with us and we'll dig deeper into the behavior you're seeing.
I see where you worked with our support team previously regarding a similar issue with Storyline 1, but I'm not seeing where you've worked with our team on Storyline 2. This is still an issue that our team is investigating as it has proven difficult to consistently reproduce.
I would advise that you reach out to our team here so that someone can take a look.

Thanks Leslie, I will wait for the update :)
not sure if this will help but I had the same issue. Windows 8.1 Office213. I find the if I run Storyline 2 as Admin everything works fine.
Hi Shawn,
Thanks for sharing that here. Storyline does need to be installed by the administrator but activated by the end user so that's not the behavior I'd expect. I'm glad it works for you though, that's the important part!

Hi Leslie,
Its been over an year and we are still waiting for the solution. The issue is not resolved till now.
Hi Sahil!
This is still in the hands of our QA Team, so I do not have an update to provide.
Hi Leslie,
I am still facing this issue and it has cost a big loss of our goodwill to our clients. Please provide the solution asap.
We have 10 machines with licensed version of Storyline 2. None of them are able to export the word translation.

Hi Leslie,
Last year i registered for a support case for the same issue with the Case Number: 00482891.
The response for this is still awaited. Now I will again register the case as per your suggestion. Hope it will work for me this time.
Thanks Sahil.
