Can not turn off mobile publishing?
Sep 15, 2014
I submitted this ticket - but maybe someone will have a quick fix.
Want to publish flash and HTML5 only (no mobile app b/c of documented access issues on LMS requiring log-in)
- Publishing with HTML5 checked
- Mobile content UNCHECKED
Expect that Mobile Safari will be automatically directed to HTML5 version in absence of Mobile content.
On publish and viewing content link in mobile safari:
- I see a MOBILE sub-directory created
- Mobile Safari is directed to either (a) install mobile app (b) opens mobile app and shows content in app

Hi Alex,
I see that you're working with Cleo on this case (#00421418 for my reference) and that he requested a copy of your .story file. I'll continue to follow along as well so that we can update the forum thread.
Hi Alex,
I just was checking in on your case and I see that after working with Cleo to do some additional experiments, you determine the iPad browser was not cooperating with the updates you had made to the file and was caching an older copy to you that was opening in the mobile player.
