I see that in PowerPoint one can minimise/hide the toolbar/ribbon at the top by pinning or unpinning it.
I really like this as it adds so much more space to work with. Though in Storyline I can't find an option like this? (And I also find PowerPoint's response in general so much smoother and faster than Storyline, which lags quite often. Is this normal?)
Glad Jan was able to assist you here - and I also wanted to share that the side and bottom panels can be undocked in Storyline 2 - so that way you can have a bit more screen real estate as well. Here are directions on how to work with those elements of the Storyline interface.

Hi,
just do a double click in SL2 on a tab name, e.g. double click on the word "INSERT" of the tab "INSERT" and the menu will disappear.
It's the same like in MS Office...
Ah Jan, you just made my day! This will help a lot. Thanks so much! :D
(I will also apply this to the Office suite now as well, as I've just been pinning/unpinning it up until now.)
You're welcome :-)

Hi Ashley,
Thank you for your feedback as well, I had a look and luckily I am using those actions already. :)
Perfect. :) I particularly like undocking panels.
