I tried, and while it did not stall per se, after three hours it was still trying to publish to video, although it appeared as if might ultimately finish.
I wonder if you might try leaving it to run overnight.
Jen, I was able to publish it in about 15 minutes. Before publishing, I deleted the Jump To Slide trigger on the last slide. That was in essence creating an endless loop (jumping from the last slide to the first slide). For good measure, I also deleted the Next button and Swipe Next on the last slide. I'll send you a link to the zip of the video momentarily via a private message.
Steve found the problem above. I tried it just now, removing the trigger he noticed on the last slide that caused the module to loop back on itself. I was able to publish the movie in about 20 minutes.

David, I did leave it overnight cooking...I did, and nothing, did not encode ;(
