Hi, Kimberly -- Thanks for reaching out! Publishing without use of Flash is not possible, but perhaps the information shared over here in this post will offer some additional insights. I also wanted to be sure to pass along this article on Publishing for Mobile Devices in case you'd like to check it out, as well.
Can I publish without Flash in Storyline 3? If not, can I delete the files before putting on the server? We dont want any .swf content on the server and want pure HTML 5. Is this possible? Or do some of the interactions require Flash?

Hey there, Jon! Thanks to customer input and support, the latest versions, Storyline 3 and 360, both offer the ability to publish HTML5-only output.
Check out this tutorial on publishing for web for more information.
Thanks!
