Can't control the audio
Dec 30, 2019
I have a slide with 8 layers. All contain audio. Problem is, each layer directs the learner back to the main page to continue through the tabs, and the main slide audio repeats. I don't ever recall having this problem before. I've tried everything, and can't figure it out how to fix it. How do I make sure that after the learner has listened to the main slide audio the first time, it doesn't repeat when they move around the layers? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I'm not sure I know how to do that, but I'll try it. Thanks.
Do I create that trigger for each layer, or does it go on the main slide?
I just tried it, and I'm obviously doing something wrong. Can you provide detailed instructions? Thanks again!
Hi Diane,
Happy to help! You'll have to go into each slide layer and edit the current trigger from Jump to slide when the user clicks on rectangle to Hide layer this layer when the user clicks on rectangle.
I've also attached the edited file for you as well!
That did it! I was adding new triggers as opposed to modifying those already in there. Thanks ever so much!
