I am in SL360. I click Insert - Character and it brings up some characters. Below these are characters with a lock icon that say "Included with a subscription." I have a subscription, which I bought and downloaded yesterday, but it is not letting me download these character.
I do see that you also submitted a case with us and it looks like you are squared away now. Please let us know if you have any difficulties moving forward.
