Can't export to video - storyline 360

I tested your project file in Storyline 360, Update 25, and was able to publish it to video. (.MP4 file attached below.)

• Is the file saved to your local hard drive (typically the C: drive)?

I've also just uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn't publishing. :( 

I'm not sure what else to do but at least this isn't a priority.
