When I import a PPT file, only 3 of the 20 slides import. There is nothing but text and screen captures in the PPT file. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this? I'm working with PPT Professional 2010.
Still can't find any answers on the Articulate support site or community forums. Anyone have any ideas? Figures this would happen on a tight deadline. :(
Are you following the steps here to import? Are any of those hidden slides in powerpoint? You may want to review these other tips for importing from Powerpoint. If you'd like to share the powerpoint file, we can test it out as well.
Thanks Ashley -- I followed the steps to the "T" -- there are no hidden
slides in the PPT file. Just text and graphics with no animations. The
information is proprietary so I can't include the the file here.
I did run across something late last night... do all the files need to be
stored locally to upload? I tried to upload from a share drive - I'm going
to try to see if importing them locally does the trick.
Stay tuned. :) And thank you again for responding.

HI Michelle,
Yes, you'll always want to work with local project files, and importing from a server or shared drive may be contributing to this behavior.
