Can't Get Results Page to Report in Absorb LMS

Hi,
I have created a separate quiz to act as an acknowledgment page for an HR policy course. There are a total of 8 slides; Welcome slide, bullet point review, legal acknowledgment statement, slide for question 1 which is their full name, slide for question 2 which is their employee ID, slide for question 3 which is their store or office location (Each of the information slides were set up as survey short answer slides. By the time you reach the slide with the location question, all of the previous questions have referenced to that slide so it all looks like it's happening on one slide.) The very next slide is then the result slide where I have text boxes referencing their Full Name, their ID, and their Location where I also ask them to make sure all information is correct; the Submit Results trigger is the only trigger under the Slide Triggers option followed by a Player Trigger to go to the final slide where I say congratulations and to close the course. It appears to be working fine when I Preview it but when I load it to Absorb LMS either as an exam or as a quiz and then check reports to make sure that my Short Answers have been retained, there is nothing there. I know I must be missing an important step or nuance but I can figure it out and it's driving me MAD! Please please please help me. pf

Hi Paula. If you haven't already I would recommend uploading the course to SCORM Cloud to determine if it works there. If it does, I think you'd probably have more luck contacting Absorb directly with this inquiry. This kind of issue is usually related to the type of SCORM reporting enabled for the LMS. In case anyone ever runs into this issue and stumbles on this forum, I thought I would summarize how I solved my issue!
Background: My Storyline contained 2 surveys and 1 post-test. I was originally publishing and tracking the post-test result slide. If I published as Tin Can API, I could SEE the questions from the surveys but not the learners' answers in reports within Absorb LMS.
Solution: I created a (hidden) Results Slide in Storyline and edited the result slide to calculate results for 'selected results slides' and selected all 3 of my results slide, selecting that user must pass each quiz. When publishing, I selected the new Results Slide (for all results) as the tracking data. Now, I can see all the answers in Absorb LMS.
Absorb LMS > Reports > Assessments > Select course > Utilize actions to see details
