Can't get rid of hover or glows on answers

I can't find any tool on Storyline 2 to get rid of the blue overlay when you hover over the answer or blue glow from my answers. Can you help me?

How can I turn off the glow and hover? I've only managed to change the colour. I just want to get rid of the glow and hover altogether.
