I have a weird problem that I hope someone can help me with. I was given a Storyline template that includes a custom player to use for an eLearning course. The template has a timer showing in the top left of the player. There is not a results slide in the template which I thought was the only way to get a timer to show up. I am not seeing anyway to turn off the timer and I need to get rid of it. Any suggestions on how I can make it disappear?
Hi Debby! Would you be able to share your course or the template at least by using the Add Attachment button in your reply? We could take a look at the setup and see if we can identify a way to remove that timer.
Hey Debby. I took a look. They must have created this with a really customized player. I went into the Player Properties > Current and chose to use Storyline Built-in Player:
You'll have to customize it for the look you want, but at least the timer is gone!
