Followed same process to publish mp4 in storyline as I did a while back before our system was upgraded to windows 10. Been troubleshooting all day with no luck. Can anyone help.
Thank you Wendy and Doug for taking the time to look at my mp4. I have no idea why but the day after I posted this I could open the file no problem and I still can. My IT support worked with me for a couple hours on this when I first tried to open it with no success. The next day I was able to open it right up. I have no idea why! In any event I appreciate your jumping in so much, thanks again.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro and WMP v12 and downloaded your mp4 file and have no trouble viewing the video in WMP.
Are you getting any error message?
