I am having an odd problem. When I go to launch my storyline output on my ipad it re-directs me to the "Get the free Articulate Mobile Player app" rather than launching the module. I already have the app installed on the ipad. When I go to the app, the library is empty.
On an older ipad, I didn't have this issue - is there an update that will fix this?
Or a work around?
I seem to be in an endless loop of going to the module launch page > re-direct to install app.
Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9, so your Articulate Storyline 2 courses may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player as you'd expect. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.

Hi Emma,
It happens when the APP gets corrupt. Did you remove and re-install the App? If not then I suggest, to do that and then see if this works.
