Hi there, I have created a freeform drag and drop activity which the user must complete before moving to the next slide. Once all the drag items are dropped to the correct position the user must click a button which will move them to the next slide on the condition that the activity has been completed correctly. This button includes a trigger that sets these condition using the conditions which are set so that 'drag item' is equal to 'drop correct' as per the attachment here. However nothing happens when the button is clicked when I run it in preview or publish mode. Has anyone had a similar experience?
It depends on how the rest of your interaction is set up. Is there a button to submit the interaction? How are the drop correct states of the various objects set? This doesn't happen automatically.
Hi Michael, I deleted the submit button as I want to use my own navigation and submit buttons throughout the tutorial. I haven't done anything with the drop correct states at all - do I have to define my drag item states in the states section as well as setting drop targets for them in the form view? I had thought that by setting a drop target that it would know that this was 'drop correct'....
Short of seeing the file, I agree with Michael. You are going to have to submit the interaction if you wish the built in feature to work or add triggers to adjust the states.

Hi Claire!

Hi Leslie & Michael, I'll go back and try it again using the submit button - thanks :)
Sounds great Claire. If you need further assistance, feel free to pop back in and share your .story file.
