I recently got Storyline installed on my machine and now I can't get it to open. Attached is the error message I get. Any thoughts on what I should do?
Looking at the back image, it seems like elements are missing from the left hand side of the start screen, so the repair option would be where I'd begin. Even though you just installed Storyline something may have happened during the install process. You may want to also repair the supporting Windows software.

I had my application uninstalled and then reinstalled - everything is working fine - at least for now! Thanks!
