I have an intermittent problem of not being able to open a SL360 file created by another author. I get an error message that, "This project uses features that are not available in this version of Storyline. Please upgrade to the latest version." We are a team of about 8 instructional designers and developers. We're all using the same version - SL360, and the problem is not consistent. Of course, today I need to work on a particular file and can't get it open.
I just rebooted my machine, and all the Articulate services are enabled to run on start up. Any thoughts/suggestions?
I see that you ran into this same problem earlier this year, so I'm sorry to hear it's plaguing you again! Can you check a couple of things for me?
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.19.16600.0 in the bottom-right corner.
