I usually get this when I have it open in another window or have it saved to a shared drive. Try moving the file to your desktop - shut down all instances of articulate in the task manager, and then try to open the file again

Not helpful. Any other resolution please?

Uninstalled Storyline and installed it back. Does not help still.
