I updated Storyline 360 to Build 3.50.24668.0 on March 24, 2021. Now I can't preview either individual slides, scenes or the whole project.
When 'Generating Preview' the progress bar moves but stops half-way through the action. My curser clocks when the preview is initiated. The slides never preview and I have to close the action.
I’ve restarted my computer and tried to preview with multiple courses and have the same result.
I went back to the previous February 23, 2021 build and my courses preview as expected.
Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone have any ideas for possible fixes?

Thank you Becca. I completed the steps to repair Articulate Storyline 360 and the Preview features are now working.
