Can't publish

Recently my ability to publish using Storyline doesn't work. It won't launch the dialog box. I just get the spinning circle. It was working last week. Need help with this. I move all files to by CDrive and tried launching from there. Still the same result.

I see my teammate, Abel, sent some additional troubleshooting steps to try when the publishing wizard in Storyline 360 becomes unresponsive. Be sure to let us know if that helps–we're standing by!
