Help!! I'm desperate! I'm doing an eLearning module that is due TODAY. Every time I try to record screens for a software simulation I get the error message "Articulate Storyline 2 has stopped working"
Hey Debra... I'm sorry you're in a pickle! Let's start with a repair to see if you can get Storyline up and running again. Make sure when you reinstall, you do so as Administrator. If after you complete that process and reboot your computer you're still seeing error messages, you will want to try this reinstallation process. It has a few more steps, but if you take your time, it isn't as scary as it looks. Good luck!!! :)
I tried the very detailed uninstall and reinstall steps you gave me and I
still get the same error message when I try to record screens. Very
frustrating to purchase this software and it doesn't work!!!!!
