I'm using storyline 360. Everything had been going fine, but now I can't save my newest project -- I get the message "can not access a closed stream." I don't know what this means. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hi, Joseph. I searched through past E-Learning Heroes discussions and found this from a couple of years ago. In short, it might mean the file you're working on might have some corrupt data.
If this is a project you've worked on in the past, you can also try the advice listed below to search your temp files for a previous copy - you can then try to edit this previous copy and hopefully you won't run into the same data corruption as before.
Personally, I try to avoid reusing data that could possibly have some corruption anywhere, so I'd recommend trying to import the slides into a new project - hopefully, that's not too much of an inconvenience!
Are you saving the file on a local C: drive? We've seen a few reports of that error when the content is saved elsewhere, so I always like to rule that out first!

It seems a lot of users were able to get around that issue by importing the slides into a new project and then saving that new project file.

If you're working locally, then importing the slides into a new Storyline project and re-saving—just as Jesus shared—should do the trick. Keep us posted!
