Can't see all of scrolling panel contents

Apr 20, 2021

Hi all. I just installed the most recent Storyline 3 update. I like that Flash is gone, and some of the new UI elements. However, I cannot access all of some of the UI tabs. For example, when trying to create jump to next or jump to previous key, the top of the scrolling list of slides extends off the top of the screen, and I can't access the top items. The Triggers panel is another example. The bottom of the scroll bar doesn't appear on screen, and I can't access the bottom part of my list of triggers unless I pop it out as a stand alone window. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to maybe reset preferences and fix it? Any help is most appreciates.

Hello Stephen!

I'm happy to help! First, I'd recommend trying a quick repair of Storyline 360. If you're still seeing running into this issue with scrolling panels, then I'd recommend making sure your display scale is set to 100%.

Here's how to set the scale to 100%:

  1. Right-click your desktop and select Display settings.
  2. Click the Display tab in the upper left corner of the window that appears.
  3. Under Scale and layout, select 100% from the drop-down list.

If neither of these does the trick, our Support Engineers are sure to figure out a fix. You can reach them by submitting a support case.
