I'm facing the trouble as I attached that our storyline contents can't be seen on iPad (more specifically iPad 3) from the top page.
We created it by Articulate Storyline2 and we checked "Include HTML5 output" and "Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android" and selected "Scorm 2004" as LMS options for publish settings (because our client requested Scorm 2004).
It works well on LMS (e.g. Scorm Cloud) but doesn't start on iPad (3). It only shows a blinking circle for launching.
Could you share your solution if you came across such problem or have knowledge about it?
In addition to that, based on some useful advises by heroes, I tried to unchecked "Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android" and uploaded it to Scorm Cloud but it shows the same result sadly.

It seems that I can find the root cause. I think it has been caused by Japanese character in file name. This might only happen on Ipad/Iphone (HTML5)
Hello, Yusuke. Thanks for the updates. Did you change the file name, and did that allow the course to load on the iPad properly?
If you have a file version that you can share with the original title, I'm happy to test it out.
