Has anybody come across the problem of not being able to select an answer on a multiple choice slide? I have published other files without this issue but on this file for some reason once published I can't select on any answer on the multiple choice slides. I tried recreating the content in a new file and republishing but still have the same issue. Any easy fixes?
You mentioned trying to recreate it, did you do that from scratch or by importing the file into a new project following these steps? Do you see the same behavior in preview or only when viewing the published output? Have you tested the published output within the intended environment as described here?
I agree with Wendy; it would be useful to see your file, if possible. Some other things we can try to rule out common issues are: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline for erratic behavior.
Additionally, please be sure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment. Please keep us posted!
Ha! I just practically tore all of my hair out with the exact same issue only to realize that the semi-transparent background I had put onto each slide was sitting on the top of the slide.

Hi Jeremy
hard to see without see the file...you don't have an image overlaying the radio buttons? Do you want to upload the slide?
Hi Jeremy,
Is it just one slide or all multiple choice slides in your course? Have you checked to confirm you're following along with the guidelines here for working on your project files?

It was an ID10T error. Wendy called it. I had a transparent layer covering the buttons. Thanks everybody.
Glad you got it sorted Jeremy!
Thanks Jeremy for the update - happens to all of us from time to time. ;-)
Happy to hear you are good to go! :)

So simple, yet caused so much grief!
Wow! Well, glad you still have some hair, Carrie and that this older discussion helped you out!
