Can't Sign in to Articulate 360 from home with vpn

Now that I'm working remotely when I try to launch Storyline I get a popup that says I need to sign in to Articulate 360; when I click "Sign In" an empty white window comes up with three dots going, going, looks like it's processing but nothing happens. I tried to submit a case but can't do it, get the red circle with a line icon. Please help; everything was fine when I was working onsite from my desktop.
