I created a quiz at the end of the course with a retry quiz button. When I test it in Storyline, I complete the quiz, select the Retry Quiz button and take it again without a problem. When I publish the course, the Retry Quiz button takes me back to the beginning of the quiz and to each question, but I am not able to make selections.
As well as adding the reset results trigger, please make sure you are testing the published output on its intended environment. Testing locally could cause various features to fail.

Thanks for the reply, I figured out what was wrong, rather than using "Jump To," I should have used "Reset Results."
