The numbering you're seeing John is within Storyline and you can stop it from being presented to a user if you remove the numbering from your menu (that's the only spot they'd see it) otherwise it'll just be a set up for you as an author and we don't have the Storyline UI localized in Arabic.

You should manually add the number to the slides and remove automatic numbering from the player menu. Please see the attached screenshots.
