I read a few discussions but couldn't find the answer.
Can I have objects dragged into a shape (drag and drop activity), and then have different scenario (scored variable) trigger a slider on the same slide to move up and down depending on the score?
I'm not an expert but could not get this to work as usually sliders are the triggers.
Thanks Phil. Got it working by switching the slider variable which is what you meant by changing the variable the slider tracks? So simple thank you again.
I haven't seen an example of this to point you to, but I did want to share a link to the Storyline 360 user guide on working with sliders. If you've got something set up, you're welcome to share that here for others in the community to take a look and offer some edits on your file directly!
set the steps to the number of slides in the course
set a trigger on the master slide to set the auto-generated slider variable (Slider, Slider1) to equal the built-in variable menu.slidenumber (for example or project slidenumber or scene.slidenumber) when the timeline starts on the slide
put a 1% white box over the slider so the user can move the slider

Yes set the slider to track your score variable, you may want to put a hotspot over the slider so the user cannot move it manually.

Glad that Phil was able to help you out here Loc. I appreciate you popping back in with an update :)

If you want to use a slider as a "progress bar"
