One option that you can do is to embed that element (drawing app) as a web object. You can use this simple drawing app as an example or for testing.
You can then follow the steps on this link to add it as a Web Object on your project. With that said, there are other drawing apps like this one out there, you might just want to find the one that works best for your project depending on what you intend to do with the pictures.
