Has anybody ever built-in a course customer satisfaction survey at the end of an elearning piece (For example rating very good(10) to not good(0)) and then got the results reported back to the LMS to be analysed?
You can use the built in Likert Scale survey question to achieve this. Then have this link to a Survey results slide, and use that for your tracking when you publish to LMS.
You can always test the course out on the SCORM Cloud to see how it reports for you.
Hi, Melanie -- Thanks for reaching out and perhaps you might want to take a look at this discussion over here for an idea that may work for you. Or, you would be welcome to start a new post over in our Building Better Courses forum to ask others in the community to share examples, as well.
Sure thing, Melanie, and if you find a solution that works for you, please feel free to stop back in and share it so that others may benefit, as well. :)

Have you viewed a template for a Likert Scale survey?
