I have a client who wants to put some of our files on their LMS. Is there a way to control the length of time the files stay active? I would like to be able to set up the files so that they cannot be viewed after a certain period of time or after they have been viewed by a certain number of people. Is this possible? Or is the workaround that I be given admin access to their LMS to upload the files and monitor usage?
I apologize for the delay in responding. I have just found out that the LMS being used is Rustici Engine. Is there a way that I can build in to our published files an expiry date?
By the way, it looks like you may have replied by email where your contact information came through. This Peek video will show you how to edit it out if you’d like!

Hi Christabel!
I'm excited to hear if anyone in our community has mastered this! To get us started, which LMS are you using?

Hi Christabel,
It looks like Rustici offers expirable invitations per their knowledge base, but you may want to follow up with them on settings for expiring a course.

Thanks, Ren. The Peek video was most helpful.
I think we may have found a work around using Training Vault.
